Latest Update
Last week was packed. Every day was full. And the weekend was rather hectic, but fun. Last Friday we had a party celebrating Tanjas birthday at our place, or rather in the front yard of our house. There were many wonderful people there and it was a really nice night, except for the snails and spiders that attacked one of the food trays after the sunset. They were rather yucky beings.
On Saturday we went to a wedding in Jakobstad, it was our friends Markus and Johanna, now both Myllymäki, that got married. It was a nice and fun wedding. We were the speakers at the wedding, looking all representable and nice, making funny jokes on stage trying to make people comfortable. It went quite ok, although our chaos-factor rose a couple of degrees as we took care of Aron at the same time. It was like do arrangements – change clothes – feed baby – change diaper – run to the ceremony – baby pukes on Tanja’s custom made dress – ceremony over – feed baby – final arrangements – up on stage – smile – speak – down – change diaper – baby pukes in my sleeve – up on stage – look good – speak – and so on and on. Yes, I also had the flu. It still went great, must’ve been God involved, he usually helps out in situations like that.
This week has also been busy, and at the same time having a cold I feel like a really need to take a night off and just relax. Which I will do tonight.
This Tuesday we were on a concert with a guy named Adlan Cruz, we didn’t have all too high expectations, but this guy was amazing, simply amazing. I enjoyed the concert so much. I thought it would be a classical piano concert, but it was more like a progressive rock show as he was backed up by great musicians. Check this dude out, he’s a musical genius I tell you. Or come to our place and watch the DVD we bought.
I’ll try to update more often, don’t give up on me. =)
There seem to be a lot of people that stop blogging. That’s a bit sad. And there have been many that have changed blog sites. I need to update my links some day.
