Very Cool Weirdness
LENGSEL - THE PALE PEOPLE
Seems Christians can do strange music as well.
I dig this. It's really great.
Especially people like Mathias, Cicka and Dadde should like something like this. =)
Watch it!

Christian Pönk

Didn't think there was much Christian punk out there, but it seems I was wrong.

New Car, or Old...

I now own a Mercedes Benz 123 (240) from 1982.
At the moment I'm working on the brakes that aren't working as they should. Having some problems with them...
Even though it's old, not too fansy or good looking, it's still rather comfortable and, most of all, very reliable. It will start every single morning, no matter if it's -5C or -20C.
It's a masterpiece of German engineering and will easily run more than 1 000 000 km.
But I'll probably only have it over the winter, because of the ridiculously expensive diesel-tax you have to pay here in Finland.
Next summer I'll be looking for a new car. But until then I'll be driving this 2 ton monster of German excellence.

Harry Potter

image from www.russellwalks.com
A while ago I started reading the Harry Potter books, more out of curiousity than anything else.
For a long time I just thought it was all a big hype, and even if the marketing department has poured out loads of money it still seems that they for once had some really good material to market.
I have to say that Rowling really knows how to write. These are books that you read through very quickly, I'm on the 6th book now, and it takes about 1-2 weeks for me to read one them, and for me with my life that is rather fast.
The discussion around the topic Harry Potter is rather interesting as well. The fanbase that already can be compared to Star Wars fans and trekkies and so on, the accusations against Rowling for turning children into satanists, and all kind of stuff.
Well, it is fun to read a book and know that you're reading something that most probably will end up as a classic piece of litterature.
